Top Flight Electric ("we", "us", "our") is a licensed residential electrical contractor (Florida license EC13005699) with offices at 3755 West Lake Hamilton Drive, Winter Haven, FL 33881 and 146 Horizon Court Suite B, Lakeland, FL 33813. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers and contact details — name, phone number, email address, and service address, when you submit our contact ("Book My Service") or careers form, use the website's AI chat and scheduling assistant (provided by RecreateAI), call us, or email us.
  • Service and commercial information — details about your service request, project, home, appointment history, and (for job applicants) information about your work experience.
  • Internet activity — pages visited, approximate (city-level) location, device and browser type, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics 4 (loaded via the Google tag with Consent Mode v2). Where consent-based analytics is declined, only aggregate, cookieless measurement signals are used.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website, and we do not collect payment card details on this site (see "Payment Security" below).

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and perform electrical service, provide estimates, process transactions, evaluate job applications, communicate with you about your request or account, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share It

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website platform and form-processing provider (CI Web Group), analytics provider (Google), our website chat and scheduling assistant provider (RecreateAI), scheduling and dispatch software, and payment or financing partners you choose to use — and as required by law. Our service providers are contractually limited to using your information to provide services to us. In the preceding 12 months we have not sold personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for site functionality and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising measurement via Google Consent Mode v2. Our cookie banner lets you accept, decline, or manage categories; your choice is saved and re-applied on return visits. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal automatically: when GPC is detected, advertising cookies and ad signals are disabled without any action on your part.

We will verify your request using the contact information you provide and respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days). You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from Top Flight Electric, we will use it to send messages about your service request, appointment scheduling, and follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Payment Security

We never ask for and do not accept credit or debit card numbers through this website. Any online financing application you choose to start (for example with GoodLeap, Wells Fargo, Service Finance, or Synchrony) takes place entirely on that provider's own secure website, governed by that provider's privacy policy and security controls. In-person and phone payments are handled through our payment processor's secure systems; card data is never stored on this website.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide service, meet legal, warranty, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size, and our website is served over HTTPS.

Children's Privacy

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
