Transparent Pricing

Know the Fare Before We Board

Real price ranges from our flat-rate pricebook — and a fixed, written quote before a single wire is touched in your Winter Haven home.

Fare Rule 01

Flat-Rate Quote First

We use flat-rate pricing software to quote a fixed price before any work begins — you approve it, then we start. The price doesn't change if the job runs long.

Fare Rule 02

$0 Service Fees

We never charge just to show up — no trip charge, no dispatch fee. If a problem needs troubleshooting beyond a quick evaluation, we explain the diagnostic options and their upfront prices, and you approve before any work begins.

Fare Rule 03

Earned Discounts

5% off for military, veterans, first responders, seniors 65+, nurses & teachers — just ask when you call.

Flight Variables

What Moves Your Price Inside the Range

Panel Capacity & Condition

An EV charger or generator hookup is straightforward on a modern 200-amp panel. If your panel is full, outdated, or a recalled brand, the safe fix may include panel work — we'll show you why before quoting it.

Wire Run & Access

Distance from the panel to the new outlet, charger, or fixture — and whether we're routing through an open garage wall or a tight attic — is the biggest labor variable on most installs.

Permits & Inspection

Panel changes and new circuits are permitted work in Polk County. Our quotes include pulling the permit and passing inspection — it's never a surprise line item.

Code Corrections Found

Older homes sometimes hide double-tapped breakers, missing GFCI protection, or aluminum branch wiring. If we find something, we price the correction separately so you can decide — we never bury it in the job.

Materials & Equipment Grade

A customer-supplied ceiling fan on existing wiring sits at the low end; a smart charger, whole-home surge device, or designer fixture moves the materials side of the range.

Emergency vs. Scheduled

Phones are answered 24/7 and we'll always tell you honestly whether it's a tonight problem or a this-week problem — scheduled work is the better fare.

Ways to Pay Less

Stack the Savings Before You Book

Current coupons come straight off the flat-rate quote, and qualified homeowners can split bigger projects into monthly payments through Service Finance, GoodLeap, Wells Fargo, or Synchrony.
